Returns and FAQ's


 AquaVault® products come with a thirty (30) day warranty free of manufacturer defects and workmanship. Purchaser is responsible for contacting Aqua Vault Inc. at or within thirty (30) days from the product shipment date to coordinate a refund or replacement. Product must be in new or unused condition in original box and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and written reason for return. AquaVault Inc. reserves the right to replace defective product at no charge or issue a credit, less any return shipping charges and restocking fees that may apply. A standard NON-NEGOTIABLE 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to offset shipping and warehouse handling fees.

All custom orders are non cancellable and non-refundable once production begins. Custom orders are defined by any order that has a special request which in any way is different from the standard units that we produce.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for full instructions.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

To return your product, you should send an email to for the proper return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted on our website or marketing efforts.  Orders may be divided into separate shipments if necessary.  Free or discounted shipping options are typically sent vis UPS innovations mail service. 


Take a second and try to visualize someone running across the beach with a lounge chair on their back and a vault attached to it. Now that we've gotten that out of the way, AquaVault acts as a deterrent. The act of taking the entire chair is simply too bold and too obvious. It's much easier to grab a purse, bag or loose items.

It is not waterproof, however, it's a much better alternative than leaving your stuff in the open. The holes in the side do not allow for it to be waterproof. However, our FlexSafe is water resistant.

It encloses over a bar on the chair in a similar fashion to how a clam shell closes. With the holes being on both sides of the unit, it allows the bar to run through the center of the vault creating a very sturdy enclosure.

Not only does the bar run through the vault with minimal space to pull anything out but the act of someone reaching their fingers and fishing for valuables is again very obvious and extremely unlikely. The storage compartment in our FlexSafe is zipped shut to provide an extra security layer to deter theft.

Our locks are designed to allow for continuous resetting of different combinations.

We offer a designated section on our website to register your combination so in the event that you ever forget, we can quickly retrieve it based on the email address that you registered under.

Although an iPad will not fit, an iPad mini will fit if you position it the right way. Tablets are the easiest to fit in as they are the smallest of the devices.

Similar to kevlar, we've selected some of the highest quality slash resistant nylon to create the FlexSafe. Keep in mind that there is virtually no material that is impenetrable if given the proper tools and timing.

Big enough to fit the important stuff. It can fit multiple cell phones, wallets, sets of keys, a bag of jewelry and still have plenty of extra room. AquaVault will fit on any tubular object 1.5" in diameter or any rectangular object up to 1 1/2" x 1 3/8". The FlexSafe will conform to different sized objects up to 2" in diameter or up to 7" in circumference.
