Not very good

It's not very user friendly and doesn't charge that well. Falls of the phone very easily. I definitely wouldn't order it again.

not what I expected

I expected this product to fully charge my phone. I bought two of them, one for my husband and one for me for a two week trip. They only charged our phones to 60% and slowly as well. I wouldn't recommend.

Rush processing

I did rush processing in hopes product would come faster. Ordered on the 14th and still have not received. I received email today asking for a review when I haven't received product yet.

BAIT AND SWITCH

Worse company and automate service - I ordered wireless they sent me wired. Advertised wireless and then sent wired and now trying to charge me to ship. \n\nShame on you all including the shark - more like a baby whale

I gifted the chargers and some of the complaints are that the charger takes too long to charge, doesn’t charge fully, and it only fuels to charge the phone one time in a charging period

Great idea and product. Has one major shortcoming. It arrives without any ‘ How to use information’ Nothing about the small lights along the lower edge of the unit and what they actually signify. Because of this I have lowered my rating to 3 stars.

I have 6 Wireless Charge Cards and gave several Christmas gifts out which they love. I love having and giving multiples so one can always be used while one is charging. I think the AquaVault Wireless Charge Cards is wonderful. I do however find problems with the cord that comes with it to charge the charger. It is very short and not well made because the metal tip breaks off in the wall plug and the plug doesn’t work even if it looks like you got it all out. The company will send replacement cords very quickly and customer service is great but I have to keep buying new wall plugs. Other than this the overall product is great and I never want to be without it!!

The Little Card that Delivers a Big Charge

What a classy gift! The Charge Card is petite, functional, and has classic features. The most difficult choice is which color to order: the Gold looks like an American Express gold card; the platinum is masculine and handsome; and the rose color is unique in its appearance. Order one or two of each; it works!

OK - not as advertised

The product does not charge my phone wirelessly and has no magnetic properties as advertised. Yes I tried with and without a very thin tech22 phone case.\nI do like how thin the card is because my phone and charge card can fit easily in my pocket and the short charging cable provided keeps them connected well.

Not what I expected

First off. Its not as thin as you are lead to believe. Won’t fit in your wallet. Difficult to set up. The magnetic charge attachment ruins the way I hold my phone and it snags on my pocket until it falls off. Useless as advertised. Too costly as I can purchase a power bank some with solar charging much cheaper. I do not recommend buying this at all. Shop around

Protects phone, pictures a bust

Bought this to go snorkeling in the great barrier reef. It kept my phone dry but the pictures were unusable. It was also difficult to actually use the camera function while in the pouch. The window meant for the lens fogged up.

ChargeCard battery feedback

I purchased 3 chargeCard style batteries and have had them for three weeks. I Really like the shinny copper style, everybody asks what is it. Compared to the 3 I had for the other 3 I was replacing after 3 years of usage - primarily recharging my iPhone on the fly; your product takes to much time, for example 1hr15min with prior purchase to 4-6 before full charge with AquaVault. For our purpose the faster recharge is of higher importance than appearance. Faster and appearance is better in one product than just one of the 2. I would like to return if you hav a process for returns. Just to summarize - I got more questions regarding appearance which my wife and I really talked very positive about.
